We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to support the care, cleanliness, and appearance of outdoor and indoor grounds across our property. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, and is comfortable handling a variety of hands-on tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain lawns, landscaped areas, walkways, parking areas, and other exterior spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of grounds, including litter removal, debris collection, and basic sanitation tasks.
• Assist with seasonal grounds work such as leaf removal, snow and ice control, watering, mulching, and planting support.
• Operate and care for basic grounds equipment and hand tools in a safe and responsible manner.
• Monitor outdoor areas for safety concerns, damage, or maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
• Support minor repairs and general maintenance tasks as needed.
• Help ensure pathways, entrances, and common areas remain neat, accessible, and presentable.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, landscaping, or a related hands-on role is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfort with physical work, including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and using equipment throughout the day.
• Basic knowledge of safe tool and equipment use.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with lawn care, landscaping, grounds maintenance, or custodial support.
• Familiarity with small engine equipment or outdoor maintenance tools.
• Basic understanding of seasonal property care and general safety practices.
