Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a professional and service-oriented individual to oversee daily front desk operations and help ensure a welcoming, efficient, and guest-focused experience. In this role, you will support a high-performing team, maintain exceptional service standards, and coordinate front office activities to create smooth arrivals, departures, and in-stay support for guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk team members and support day-to-day guest service operations.
- Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional assistance at all times.
- Monitor check-in and check-out processes to help maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and service issues with professionalism and care.
- Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and performance support for front desk staff.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support guest satisfaction.
- Oversee reservations, room assignments, and front office records as needed.
- Help maintain front desk policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Support cash handling, daily reporting, and shift reconciliation processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, communication, and overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel front desk, guest services, or hospitality operations.
- Prior leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with property management systems or similar hospitality software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math, cash handling, and reporting skills.
