- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, striving for immediate and satisfactory resolutions.

- Prepare and manage the front office budget, closely monitoring expenses and revenues.
- Stay informed about industry trends and implement best practices to enhance guest satisfaction.

- Promote Marriott Bonvoy membership and brand programs.

- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
